Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances of the Tanqyou Wallets via its licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. Intersolve issues Tanqyou Wallets, where you can check and top up your balance, initiate payment transactions, and gain insight into the number of allocations, payouts, transactions, and fees.

Where can I check my balance?

When you log in with your customer details to your Tanqyou Account https://www.tanqyou.com, you will gain access to your Wallet, where you can check the available balance.

How can I block my Wallet?

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your Tanqyou Wallet without permission, or if there are other reasons to believe your account is being misused, you can block your Tanqyou Wallet via your Tanqyou account.

How can I exchange a Tanqyou Wallet for a reimbursement?

Through your Tanqyou Account, you can request a payout of your Wallet balance to your bank account.

However, if you no longer have access to your Tanqyou Account and there is still a balance on the Wallet, you can redeem it via Intersolve, by submitting a refund request in accordance with the terms and conditions. The cost for converting your Tanqyou Wallet balance is €10 per wallet, and this fee will be deducted from your balance upon payout.

How do I send a refund request to Intersolve?

Email the following information to operations@intersolve.com:

- Your full name
- Address, postal code, and city
- Email address and/or phone number
- IBAN account number (note: this must be a Dutch bankaccount)
- Subject: "Refund request Tanqyou Wallet"
- The email address you used to log in to your Tanqyouaccount (do not include your password)
- Attach a copy of a recent bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking showing your name and IBAN. Transaction amounts can be obscured.

In some cases, we may ask you for additional information for identification and verification purposes.
