Privacy statement

At Intersolve, we believe your personal data should be used safely and carefully. As a financial service provider, we process sensitive information from our business clients and their customers (consumers and companies).

Who we are

Intersolve Group B.V. (referred to as Intersolve, we, or us) is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process

We process data from our clients and their representatives, clients of our clients, and people who use our services. Depending on the service, we may process:

• First and last name

• Gender

• Address details

• Telephone number

• Email address

• Bank account number

• Login details (username, password)

• Internet browser and device type

• IP address

• Cookies

• Card number

• Data you actively provide to us (for example via contact form, letter, or phone)

Sensitive and/or special personal data we process

Do you have a city pass? If you use a city pass, we also process your;

• Date of birth

• Income

• Family composition

Do you use an Electronic Money (EMI) service from us?

If you use an electronic money service, we are required by law (Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act) to process extra data if you are a legal representative or ultimate beneficial owner (UBO). In that case, we process your:

• Full name

• Data and place of birth

• A copy of your ID document

If you do not use an EMI service or do not have a city pass

We do not process special and/or sensitive personal data from you.

Users under 16 years

Our website and services are not intended for minors, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot check if someone is older than 16. Therefore, we advise parents to supervise their children's online activities.

If you think we have collected data from a minor without permission, email us at privacy@intersolve.com. We will delete this data.


Why do we process personal data?

We process your data because it is necessary for our services. For example:

• To establish a customer relationship (sometimes we receive data from third parties)

• To assess your application

• To handle payments or transactions

• To deliver your ordered product (physical or digital)

• To protect your and our interests (for example, by recording conversations for training or fraud investigation)

• Because we are legally required to do so (for example, the Financial Supervision Act, the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act, requests from police or regulators)

Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions with significant consequences for you based solely on automated systems. There is always an employee involved.

How long and where do we store personal data

Your personal data is only accessible within Intersolve to employees who need it for their work. We do not sell your data to third parties and only share it if necessary for our services or to comply with a legal obligation.

With companies that process data on our behalf, we have a processing agreement to ensure your data is handled securely. Intersolve remains responsible for these processes. When we process your data on behalf of other companies, we also have a processing agreement with them.

Cookies or similar techniques we use

We use functional and analytical cookies to ensure the website works properly and to improve it. With your consent, we also place third-party marketing cookies, such as YouTube cookies, to display videos and personalise content. You can change your preferences at any time via the CookieBot icon in the lower left corner.

Your rights

You have several rights regarding your personal data. You may:

• View, correct, or delete your data

• Withdraw your consent for processing or object to the use of your data

• Request data portability (ask us to send your data in a digital file to you or another organisation)

Sometimes we cannot delete certain data, for example if we are required by law to keep it.

To exercise one of these rights, send an email to privacy@intersolve.com or a letter to the address at the top of this statement. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we process your request. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after receiving your request.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint via the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How we secure personal data

We take measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure. If you think your data is not properly secured or there are signs of misuse, please contact our customer service or email privacy@intersolve.com.
