Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances on DIO Gift Cards via its licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. Intersolve has partnered with YourGift. Our logo is printed on the DIO Gift Card to ensure that users always have the option to have their balance refunded.
Using the DIO Gift Card
The DIO Gift Card will no longer be valid or redeemable as of 1 September 2025. These gift cards have been fully discontinued. For the DIO Gift Cards that still have a remaining balance on 9 September 2025, we offer you a digital YourGift Gift Card with the same remaining balance. The terms and conditions of the YourGift Gift Card apply to these replacement cards. If you would like to check whether you are still entitled to a balance, please visit www.yourgift.nl/saldochecker.
Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions that apply to you, as a holder of the DIO Gift Card, regarding our services can be downloaded here.
You can check the balance of your gift card at www.yourgift.nl/saldochecker
The validity period of the DIO Gift Card is 27 months from the date of activation. After that, €1.05 will be deducted each quarter to maintain the gift card.
If you have a DIO Gift Card that you do not wish to spend at a participating shop, you can redeem it in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Refunds for DIO Gift Cards are possible within the validity period and subject to payment of an administration fee. The fee for processing refunds is €10.00 per gift card.
Refund requests can be submitted directly to YourGift Cards B.V. by emailing klantenservice@yourgift.nl and requesting a return form.
Should YourGift Cards B.V., for any reason, be unable to process these requests (within a reasonable timeframe), the obligation to comply with a refund request remains with Intersolve Payments, which will then be required to process the request.
