Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances on YourGift brands via its licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. This licence guarantees that the balance on all the YourGift Brands is managed securely by us. The YourGift brands include the YourGift Gift Card, the Your Luxury Gift Card, the Your Green Gift Card, the Digital YourGift Gift Card, the Fun for Kids Gift Card, the YourGift Gifts&More Gift Card, the DIO Gift Card, and the Ajax Gift Card.
Intersolve and consumer
Intersolve has partnered with YourGift and manages all the card balances. Our logo is printed on the YourGift Card to ensure that users, always have the option to have their balance refunded.

Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. You can download these terms and conditions here.
You can check the balance on your Yourgift Card at www.yourgift.nl.
The Yourgift Card is valid indefinitely.
If you have a Yourgift Card that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your balance upon payment.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
Intersolve charges a fee of € 0,35 per month for managing your credit balance, commencing two years after the date of purchase. This management fee is charged quarterly in arrears, starting 27 months after purchase, and will be deducted from the credit balance on the Yourgift Card.
