We have a licence from De Nederlandsche Bank which guarantees that the balance on your VVV Dinercheque is managed securely. Intersolve and consumers
Intersolve is a partner of VVV responsible for issuing the VVV Dinercheque and managing the credit balances of all VVV Dinercheques. Our logo is printed on the VVV Dinercheques issued before October 2018 to ensure that users always have the option of having their credit balance refunded. From October 2018 onwards, VVV will issue Dinercheques for which Intersolve will not manage the funds. The information on this page only applies to VVV Dinercheques with the Intersolve logo printed on the back.

Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions that apply for our services to you as a holder of the VVV Dinercheque can be downloaded here.
You can check the current balance of your VVV Dinercheque using the balance checker on the VVV Gift Cards website.
The validity of the VVV Dinercheque depends on the date of purchase. You can check how long your VVV Dinercheque remains valid using the balance checker on the VVV Gift Cards website.
If you have a VVV Dinercheque that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your balance upon payment.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
There are no further fees apply to the use of the VVV Dinercheque.
