Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances on the DE Cadeaukaart. For this purpose, we hold an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license from De Nederlandsche Bank. This license guarantees that 100% of the full balance on the DE Cadeaukaart is secured.

Where can I check my balance?

You can check the balance on your DE Cadeaukaart on the DE Cadeaukaart website.

What is the validity period of the DE Cadeaukaart?

The DE Cadeaukaart has a validity period of three (3) years.

How can I redeem the (remaining) balance of my DE Cadeaukaart for a refund?

If you have a Gift Card that you do not wish to spend at a participating shop, you can redeem it in accordance with the terms and conditions. Refunds for Gift Cards are possible within the validity period and subject to payment of an administration fee. The fee for processing refunds is €10 per Gift Card. Refund requests can be made directly to the programme manager by telephone or via the contact form. For all refund requests, the card must be sent by registered post to the programme manager, at the cardholder’s expense, stating the following details:

• Name, address and town/city
• Email address
• Telephone number
• IBAN number
• BIC code
• Name of the account holder

Refund requests addressed to Intersolve Payments will be forwarded to Wonderbox as agreed. Should Wonderbox, for any reason, be unable to process these requests (in a timely manner), the obligation to comply with a refund request remains with Intersolve Payments, which will then be required to process the request.

What costs apply?

From three (3) years after activation of the DE Cadeaukaart, Intersolve Payments charges a quarterly management fee of €2.50, which is deducted from the balance at the beginning of each quarter.
