Intersolve has partnered with de Boekcadeau Card, issuing Boekcadeau Cards managing the card balances. Our logo is printed on the Boekcadeau Card to ensure that you always have the option to have your balance refunded.

You can check the balance on your Boekcadeau Card at https://www.boekencadeau.nl/.
The validity period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
If you have a Boekcadeau Card that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer termsand conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your balance upon payment.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
Intersolve charges a fee of € 6.50 per year for managing your balance, commencing 24 months after the date of purchase. This management fee is deducted annually in advance from your Boekcadeau card.
